Host a roast is a beautifully cooked traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings. For a bit of fun, we suggest that you get each nominated carver a personalised apron and chefs hat and wrap up as a present under their chair. Before the meal is served get your guests that have a parcel to open up and put on, this will create excitement and in many cases hilarity, our team will then come and present each ‘carver’ with their platter and service of the meal can begin.

Choose 1 roast from the list below this will be ceremonially placed in front of a nominated ‘carver’ at each table to carve and share with their table:

Roast loin of Bridport pork – crackling, sage and onion stuffing
